Waratah employs a phased software process with set deliverables at each phase.
The software process is based on the Microsoft Solutions Framework.
The phased software process iterates items in the design phase
with the client so that changes in features can be implemented before the
beginning of the development phase.
The phases shown below are general and will be modified to fit each project.
The process is flexible and adaptable to any situation. We work with the
client to determine the best process for the project. In general, the
phased software process includes:
1. Investigative phase
a. gather requirements and workflow information
b. produce high-level requirements and design document
2. Design phase
a. continue iterating requirements with client
b. deliver detailed design documents with technical architecture information
c. develop initial prototype for client review
3. Initial development phase
a. build application outlined in design phase
b. iterate user interface with client
c. iterative bug-testing
4. Follow-up Development phase
a. finish quality assurance
b. complete deployment to client
Waratah has experience in a variety of application environments.
